To make Chromebook repairs, loaner checkouts, and charging easier and more efficient, we have 5 FUYL Towers located across campus.
These towers allow students to report broken Chromebooks, check out temporary loaner devices, and securely charge their Chromebooks while minimizing classroom disruptions.
Each FUYL Tower has 15 lockers:
5 Charging Bays – For students who need to charge their Chromebooks.
10 Loaner/Repair Bays – For broken Chromebook drop-offs and temporary loaner devices.
🔑 How to Access the FUYL Towers
Students will use their Student ID number (the same number used as their lunch code) to sign in and access the FUYL Towers.
Go to one of the 5 FUYL Towers located across campus.
Enter your Student ID number (lunch code) when prompted.
Follow the on-screen instructions for charging, repairs, or checking out a loaner Chromebook.
Make sure the locker is securely closed when finished.
🔧 Broken or Damaged Chromebooks
If a student's Chromebook is broken or not working properly:
Go to one of the FUYL Towers.
Use the iPad kiosk to report the Chromebook issue.
Sign in using your Student ID number (lunch code).
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit the repair request.
The kiosk will automatically email the Technology Department with the repair information.
Follow the instructions to place the broken Chromebook in the assigned locker and obtain a loaner device, if needed.
There is no need to submit a separate technology help desk ticket. The iPad kiosk handles the repair notification.
🔋 Chromebook Charging
If a student's Chromebook needs to be charged during the school day:
Visit one of the FUYL Towers.
Sign in using your Student ID number (lunch code).
Select an available charging bay and follow the instructions to securely place your Chromebook inside and connect it to the charger.
Students may check out a temporary loaner Chromebook while their assigned device charges, if one is available.
Students must return the loaner Chromebook BEFORE retrieving their assigned Chromebook from the charging locker.
This helps ensure loaner devices remain available for other students who need them.

Loaner Chromebooks are temporary devices and should only be used when a student's assigned Chromebook is being repaired or charged.

Senior Moms are practicing for the Senior pep rally (Nov 6). Practices will be on Sunday, October 25th at the high school gym at 5:30 pm and Wednesday, October 28th at 6 p.m. at the HS gym.
Our first College and Career Day was a success! Thank you to Tarleton State University, Texas State University, Goodall-Witcher Radiology, Texas Luxury and Land Real Estate, and Tessera Technology for visiting with our students and answering their questions. We are excited to show them the different options they have after high school.

We want to make families aware that there has been an increase in vandalism and property damage in restrooms across our secondary campuses.
Our campuses are taking additional steps to address this issue, including increased monitoring of restrooms and student movement during passing periods. We appreciate the support of our families as we work to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all students.
Vandalism and intentional property damage will not be tolerated. Students are expected to treat school facilities and property with care and respect.
Students determined to be involved in vandalism or property damage—including those who directly participate, assist, encourage, or otherwise contribute to the incident—will be subject to disciplinary consequences in accordance with district policy. Consequences may include assignment to the Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP) when appropriate.
We encourage parents and guardians to talk with their students about making responsible choices and reporting concerns to a trusted adult rather than participating in or encouraging destructive behavior.

Students should report to the cafeteria and remain there until the first bell rings. Students in
athletics may go to practice as needed …
We will be set up on the cafeteria stage to distribute new ID badges and schedules …
SCHEDULES:
New schedules can be picked up in the cafeteria. Schedule changes will continue to be
considered through the end of next week (Aug 21). Please be patient, and also understand that
class sizes are the main consideration in regards to moving students. There will be some
conflicts that cannot be resolved and students will have to choose, we are a small school and
only have so many classrooms and teachers. We will do the best that we can.
CHROMEBOOKS:
Students who have not picked up their Chromebook will be called to the technology office
starting tomorrow after 1st period. Do not panic you will be getting a Chrombook and ID.
